… fans, domestic fans and storage fans, b) digestoria – both in the field of ventilation of rooms and in the field of laboratory furniture with all installations, valves and other elements of digestorium equipment, c) ventilated cabinets, d) Daikin ice water chiller, with the entire installation of ice water, e) chillers and freezers, split air conditioners, Daikin VRV air conditioning system with a central controller, f) equipment of cold rooms, their construction and housing, g) fire dampers, electric air curtains, h) CT installations understood as the whole CT installation from the exit from the wall of the heat exchange to the ventilation units, i) electrical switchgear and automation from the power and control of devices, j) other devices indicated in the subject-price form - Annex 1a to the SWZ. Note on Digestors: Maintenance and service of digestors includes the entire digestorium, i.e. connection to the digestorium of all gas, water, deionized water installations with valves and connection nozzles, lighting installation, installation of electrical sockets, beaker, mechanism of raising and lowering the glass and the digestorium door, other components of the digestorium and minor repairs of the digestorium paint coating. The service also includes apparatus local extractions at specific digestories. 2) one-off activities during the term of the contract: a) testing of electrical installations of serviced devices, b) cleaning of ventilation ducts of the building, c) reviewing the automation of digestors, their controllers and the entire digestorium automation. 4. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are specified in the FTZ and the following annexes: 1) subject-price form – Annex 1a to the FTZ, 2) schedule of maintenance and service works – Annex 10 to the FTZ, 3) technical documentation (technical descriptions, equipment lists, instructions) – Annex 9 to the FTZ, 4) list of consumables necessary for maintenance and service provided by the Contractor – Annex 8 to the FTZ. 5. The service is to be performed in accordance with: 1) Technical and Traffic Documentation of equipment, 2) applicable health and safety regulations at all workstations, including the use of protections and technical measures during work at height (e.g. high ladder), if it is necessary for health protection to perform work with the use by the Contractor of temporary technical devices, collective and individual protection measures and other elements securing the work of persons directed to the performance of the contract. Safeguarding the performance of works in accordance with health and safety rules lies with the Contractor, 3) fire regulations, 4) operating and maintenance instructions of manufacturers or suppliers, UDT regulations and relevant Polish and European standards that apply to the performance of the service, taking into account: a) schedule of maintenance and service work – Annex 10 to the FTZ, b) technical documentation (technical descriptions, equipment lists, instructions) – Annex 9 to the FTZ, c) list of consumables – Annex 8 to the FTZ. 6.
