The detailed description and the manner of execution of the order includes the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to the FTZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 1 of the PZP Act. 4.
