… civil liability policy in the scope of the activities related to the subject of the contract, for the sum of insurance amounting to at least PLN 600 000.00, which will be presented at the conclusion of the contract. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract contains a model contract with annexes constituting Annex No 12 to the FTZ. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders, the justification for the lack of division of the contract into lots is indicated in point 3.6. SWZ. 5. The contracting authority does not require the performance of the contract by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provision of Art. 1 of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ‘the Law’. 6. The contracting authority, pursuant to Art. 1 of the Act, requires the employment, throughout the period of performance of the subject of the contract, on the basis of an employment relationship, by the Contractor (or subcontractor) of at least two persons in dispatching and coordinating positions. Performing these activities consists in providing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws 1974, No. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1245). Persons employed in dispatching-coordinating posts must have at least a communicative knowledge of Polish. Watch out! This requirement does not apply to bidders: natural persons conducting business activity who undertake to provide the services specified above in person and partners of partnerships who undertake to provide these services in person to the company. 7. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Act, in the amount not exceeding 120% of the value of the basic contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of similar services to those described in the present proceedings in the model contract and its annexes. The conditions under which the above-mentioned contracts will be awarded will correspond to those set out in the present procedure in the model contract and its annexes, the conditions for participation in the procedure being limited to the repeated scope of the contract. Therefore, when determining the value of this contract, the Contracting Authority took into account the value of the contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Act, in the amount of: PLN 9,204,480.00 net. The estimated value of the contract indicated in point 2.1.3. of the notice takes into account the value of the envisaged contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Act in the amount of PLN 9 204 480.00 net. 8.
