… of the Holder thus makes it possible to guarantee the achievement of the performance objectives set contractually The main characteristics of the need are the supply of equipment, the installation studies (networks and ERP modification), the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of air purification systems in the platforms of the metro stations of lines A and D of Bellecour as well as those of the station of Grange Blanche. The operation and maintenance of the equipment is planned for a maximum duration of 5 years (including 3 years firm). The contractor's remuneration for the operation and maintenance of the equipment will take into account performance objectives in accordance with the provisions of Article R2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The remuneration of the economic operator will therefore be modulated in case of underperformance or overperformance >_The contract is broken down into a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches within the meaning of Articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Order Code >_The buyer reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation
