What the buyer is looking for
The city of Nuremberg needs district management for the two renovation areas Altstadt and Gibitzenhof. Since May 2026, the Old Town area has consisted of the three redevelopment areas Old Town-South, Old Town-Middle and Northern Old Town. For the joint management of the three remediation areas, the position of district management is to be filled by two district managers and one assistant. The Gibitzenhof area consists of the districts Gibitzenhof, Steinbühl-West, Rabus. The position of quarter management as well as an assistant is to be filled. The allocation is carried out separately according to the two areas. It can be offered on both lots or only one lot.
