… Contractor's expense and risk; 5) ongoing repairs, tailoring and replacement of clothing; 6) rental and operation of clothing (service) cabinets; 7) rental and operation of slot cabinets intended for the collection of second-hand clothing (so-called dirt collectors); 8) placement of clean clothing in individual lockers of employees; 9) providing an IT system for the registration and management of clothing circulation and ongoing maintenance of changes concerning the employees covered by the service. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the place and conditions for the provision of services, includes: 1) Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’’) - Annex 1 to the FTZ; 2) Detailed specification of clothing and requirements for the service cycle - Annex 1a to the SWZ; 3) Locations of service cabinets and intake cabinets (map) - Annex 1b to the SWZ; 4) Projections of rooms intended for setting service cabinets and intake cabinets with dimensions - Annex 1c to the SWZ; 5) Detailed list of components to be taken over as part of the existing rental service - Annex 1d to the SWZ.
