Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice; 5) Minimum warranty period required (manufacturer): 24 months - counting from the date of signing the acceptance report. 6) Service Required Response Time: no later than within 4 working days from the notification of the defect 7) Detailed conditions for the execution of the order and terms of payment are included in the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the FTZ. 8) The Contracting Authority does not provide for additional requirements related to the performance of the contract concerning social, economic, environmental aspects, related to innovation, employment or maintaining the confidential nature of information provided to the contractor during the performance of the contract; 9) The Ordering Party does not provide for a reserved clause within the meaning of Article 94 of the PPL; 10) Due to the type of contract, the Employer does not provide for an obligation to be employed under an employment contract referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act.
