… Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organisation of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2017, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1211). 5. In the event of a change in the organization of classes consisting in working off classes from a day falling between two public holidays or a Friday falling immediately after a public holiday on a Saturday, the carrier is notified by the Ordering Party via the director of the facility concerned about the change in the delivery date. 6. Each student must be provided with a seat. 7. The contractor will provide care for pupils during the transport of pupils to and from schools. The bus driver cannot be the delivery driver. The duties of the guardian include in particular: supervising the correct behaviour of children and adolescents in vehicles, opening the door after making sure that it will not cause a danger to traffic safety or obstruction, entering and leaving children and adolescents in and out of the vehicle, carrying children and adolescents through the road, providing all necessary assistance to transported pupils in order to ensure their safety during the journey. 8. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract, i.e. drivers who will transport children and pupils by bus from educational establishments on the routes specified in Annex 1 to the FTZ, on all school days. 9. The Contractor shall verify the staff caring for pupils during transport to school on the basis of Article 21 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, No. U. item 110 as amended).
