Winter maintenance of the City of Częstochowa 2026-2029 and Summer cleaning of the City of Częstochowa 2026-2029

… maintenance of parking lots, - winter maintenance of footbridges, - winter maintenance of vehicle weighing stations - winter maintenance of pavements and stairs on viaducts and bridges, - snow removal and sprinkling of pedestrian crossings that are under permanent maintenance, - snow removal and sprinkling of pedestrian crossings, along with ice squeezing, not under permanent maintenance - mechanical and manual cleaning of pavements, bicycle paths, parking lots, footbridges and stairs on engineering facilities, pedestrian crossings outside the roadway, safety belts, vehicle loading stations during the winter, and after the ordering. Description of the services included in the subject-matter of the contract: Summer clean-up of the City of Częstochowa in 2026-2029: Keeping the streets clean in the city of Częstochowa and other services shown below: a) maintaining all-year-round roadway cleanliness of streets with asylums and islets mechanically and manually, b) in the winter period, when winter conditions do not occur, and there is a need to sweep streets, pavements, bicycle paths, parking lots, engineering facilities, vehicle weighing stations, execution on the order of the Ordering Party, c) mechanical and manual cleaning of the final bus loops MPK, in the scope of the roadway - on the order of the Ordering Party, d) pouring the roadways of streets - on the order of the Ordering Party, manual or mechanical cleaning of pavements, bicycle paths, parking lots, footbridges, stairs on engineering facilities, pedestrian crossings outside part of the roadway, safety belts at the roadways: a) collection of all contaminants, mechanical and manual sweeping (light sweeping equipment) - pavements and walking-bicycle paths, on the order of the Ordering Party, b) collection of all contaminants, mechanical and manual sweeping (light sweeping equipment) - parking lots, c) collection of all contaminants, mechanical and manual sweeping (light sweeping equipment) - on footbridges, stairs on engineering facilities, weighing stations, and on pedestrian crossings outside part of the carriageway, road safety belts, on the order of the Ordering Party, d) removal of grass turf, sand, soil and leaves on the above-mentioned points a, b, c, - mechanical and manual - on the order of the Ordering Party, e) manual and mechanical collection with loading on transport means of solid contaminants in street belts, and after the occurrence of force majeure of a natural nature, e.g. floods, with export and disposal, to Częstochowa Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn. f) maintaining the cleanliness of lighting poles, road safety devices, vertical signs, located outside urban green areas (work in the vicinity of the listed road infrastructure elements in a way that does not cause damage to zinc layers or paint coating).
