A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Functional and Utility Programme. Annex 1 contains documents referring to the three tasks described in Chapter 6 of the FTZ.1) Task 1: a) Construction of 2 photovoltaic installations on public buildings and 83 on residential buildings. The scope of this task includes the design, delivery and installation of 85 photovoltaic installations in the Commune of Nowodwor (83 for residential buildings, 2 for public buildings). As part of the task, technical projects will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. b) Construction of 14 electricity storage facilities (residential buildings) coupled with renewable energy generation units. The scope of the task includes design, delivery, installation of 14 energy storage facilities in the Nowodwor Commune (residential buildings). As part of the task, technical projects will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. c) Construction of 35 heat pumps (residential buildings) coupled to existing installations. The scope of the task includes design, delivery, installation of 35 heat pumps in the Commune of Nowodwor (residential buildings). As part of the task, technical projects will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. b) Construction of 125 electricity storage facilities (112 residential buildings, 13 public buildings) coupled with renewable energy generation units. The scope of the task includes the design, delivery, installation of 125 energy storage facilities in the Ryki Commune (112 residential buildings, 13 public buildings). As part of the task, technical projects will be prepared for each of the facilities covered by the project. c) Construction of 375 heat pumps (373 residential buildings, 2 public buildings) coupled to existing installations. The scope of the task includes the design, delivery, installation of 375 heat pumps in the Ryki Commune (373 residential buildings, 2 public buildings).
