… the evaluation of tenders): for chassis – 24 months, for installation – 24 months, for equipment – 24 months, under conditions not worse than the manufacturer’s guarantee and confirmed by separate guarantee documents provided with the vehicle, - delivery of new cars at the Contractor’s expense to the premises of the Contracting Authority (or the TSO unit indicated by the Contracting Authority). When the subject of the order is issued, the Contractor undertakes to transfer the ownership of the item to the Ordering Party. - marking rescue and firefighting cars with the operational numbers of the Voluntary Fire Service, the coat of arms of the Czarna Białostocka Commune, - providing the necessary documents together with the vehicles, in particular: - technical documentation, instructions for use in Polish for the chassis of the car, fire-fighting bodies and installed devices and equipment, - current certificate of release for use in fire protection for the vehicle, (certificate valid on the day of receipt of the subject of the contract). - the documentation necessary to register a vehicle as a ‘special car’ under the Road Traffic Act.
