… such an obligation to have such powers. 1.2.2.2 The Contractor shall fulfil the condition if he has a declared economic activity in the field of production, storage, packaging and marketing of agri-food products to the provincial inspector of the commercial quality of agri-food products - Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agri-food products - (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1980) - if the laws impose the obligation to have such powers. 1.2.3.economic or financial situation - the Ordering Party does not specify the requirements in this respect, 1.2.4.technical or professional capacity: The Contractor shall fulfil the condition if he proves that during the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting tenders, and if the period of activity is shorter - during this period he has delivered or performs the delivery of milk and dairy products which are the subject of the contract provided to one Consignee under a single contract, for an uninterrupted period of at least 6 months, for individual lots: Part 1 with a value of not less than PLN 200,000.00, Part 2 with a value of not less than PLN 200,000.00, Part 3 with a value of not less than PLN 200,000.00 confirmed by evidence that it has been made (is being made) properly. If the Contractor submits an offer for more than one part of the procedure in question, he is obliged to demonstrate the execution / performance of the above-mentioned deliveries to one recipient, under one contract for the highest of the amounts specified as a condition for participation in the procedure required for the parts for which the offer is submitted (list of deliveries with references). 2. The evidence in question for part: Chapters 1-3 are described in detail in Chapter VI of the FTZ. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements and characteristics specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires the following means of proof to be submitted with the offer: HACCP system certificate issued by companies accredited and authorized by the Polish Centre for Accreditation based in Warsaw or a national accreditation organization for a given country or a certificate of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate on supervising the application of the implemented HACCP system or a certificate of the competent authority of the State Veterinary Inspectorate on supervising the application of the implemented HACCP system, the purchased goods. 3. The Contractor must submit the evidence in question together with the tender. 4. If the Contractor has not submitted the evidence in question or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall request that it be submitted or supplemented. 5. The contracting authority provides for amendments to the contract and their detailed scope is included in the draft provisions of the contract. 6.
