The contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ, and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ and Annex 1A to the FTZ. 3. Detailed Description of the subject of the Order is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ. 4. The place of performance of the contract will be the Independent Public Provincial Complex Hospital in Szczecin with its registered office at Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin. 5. Duration of the contract: within 2 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 30.11.2026.
