Preparation and implementation of 60 Forum Theatre performances and 120 theatre-educational workshops aimed at mental health prevention for children and youth in Pomeranian Voivodeship - within the project: "A Better Future. Support for Pomeranian Psychiatry"

… co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 regional programme, which will be implemented using the following tools, i.e. in the form of: 1) 60 theatrical performances realized using the Forum Theatre method with the provision of artistic, organizational and technical resources necessary to achieve the required final effect - dedicated to students of secondary schools of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, 2) 120 theatrical and educational workshops - dedicated to students of primary and secondary schools. Theatrical and educational activities will be implemented as follows: 1) 8 theatrical performances by the Forum Theatre method and 8 theatrical-educational workshops will be carried out at the Contractor's premises, 2) 52 theatrical performances by the Forum Theatre method and 112 theatrical-educational workshops will be carried out jointly in schools from the Pomeranian Voivodeship, and the Contractor must take into account the number of theatrical-educational activities specified below, which will be carried out in each district, i.e.: a) a total of 9 theatrical and educational activities in each county: Bytowski, Chojnicki, Człuchowski, Gdańsk, Kartuski, Kościerski, Kwidzyn, Lębork, Malbork, Nowy Dworski, Pucki, Słupsk, Starogard, Sztumski, Tczew and Wejherowo, and b) a total of 5 theatrical and educational activities in each city with county rights: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Słupsk and Sopot. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ and in the model contract, which is Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. The subject of the contract will be carried out under the project entitled: "A better future. Support for Pomeranian Psychiatry" co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 regional programme. 4. The law applicable to this contract (including the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and the assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this contract) is Polish law, taking into account European Union law. 5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key parts of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 6. In all provisions of the FTZ and its annexes, in which the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or indicates trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or equipment), in accordance with Art. 5 and Article 101 para. 4 of the PPL Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions. 7. If the description of the subject of the contract contains the names of materials and products of specific manufacturers, this should be considered only as a specification of the desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent materials, products with at least the same technical and quality characteristics. Equivalence of a product is understood to mean the offering of a product,
