The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility for the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection and for the Contractor to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority, as referred to in Article 131 sec. 2 of the Act. A local visit is optional and takes place at the Contractor's request, at the places of performance of the contract, during the Contracting Authority's working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday, at 10.00 a.m. 7:30 – 14:30, excluding public holidays, after prior agreement with the indicated employee of the Ordering Party, via e-mail. 5.The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the public procurement procedure on the basis of Article 256 of the Act before the deadline for submitting tenders, if there are circumstances causing the continuation of the procedure to be unjustified.
