… B2.2.2/G1.1.2 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP): RES installations implemented by energy communities Part B: investment support for energy communities (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Project’), the Contracting Authority launched a tender for the selection of the entity (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Supervised Entity A’) responsible for the performance of the supplies and the accompanying works and services necessary for the implementation of the Project. Supervised Entity A will be obliged to deliver, assemble and commission, in the area of Municipalities: Ryki, Nowodwor and Kłoczew: 1) 891 pcs. of photovoltaic installations, constituting a source of electricity generation from RES with infrastructure enabling the drainage of energy produced 2) 155 pcs. of energy storages, coupled with energy generating units from RES, 3) 479 pcs. of heat pump installations coupled with existing PV installations. The Supervised Entity is also responsible for designing the installation of photovoltaic installations, energy storage and heat pumps (development of technical projects). The design, supply, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic installations, energy storage facilities and heat pump installations (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Installations’) by Supervised Entity A was divided into three tasks: 1) Task 1: Municipality of Nowodwor, 2) Task 2: Ryki Commune, 3) Task 3: Municipality of Kłoczew. The agreement with the selected Supervised Entity A will be concluded separately for each of the above-mentioned Tasks. The above results from the need for individual settlement of funds by each of the Ordering Parties. Consistently, a contract for the performance of Investor Supervision will also be concluded with the Contractor for each of the above-mentioned Tasks.
