The following parts fall within the scope of the contract: • Providing a ‘complete’ RIS/BIS (acceptance and production environment) as a SaaS solution, in accordance with all requirements set out in Annex 02 Requirements Programme; • Facilitating training/training as part of the adoption of the application; • Implementation of the links mentioned in the Programme of Requirements (Annex 02); • All associated implementation services; • All relevant documentation; • Secure Hosting of the offered application; • Technical management of the application offered; Updates and patches during the term of the agreement; • Support during the management phase, laid down in a SLA to be agreed upon.
