… transformers) - 2 MS switchgear boxes (arrangement of the MS-SA/planning and implementation of the transformer power supply and cable corridor up to the property boundary and 20 kV cable couplings between the MS systems) - design planning, installation and assembly of the entire secondary wiring, including fiber optic cables, in the UW site and all buildings (price charge according to cable types [price/ 100m], billing according to dimension), installation takes place mainly in empty pipe systems - connection planning AC / DC system included in the scope of supply AN - connection planning NEA included in the scope of supply AN - fiber optic cabling delivery, assembly and measurement (OTDR measurement; Outdoor fiber optic cables are to be spliced, indoor fiber optics are to be installed as patch cables) - All protective and control cabinets, as well as secondary planning, are included in the scope of services AN. The AG hands over sample circuit manuals for this purpose. The AN supplies, assembles and connects the following cabinets: o 4x protection and 4x control cabinets (HS) o 1x AC main distribution as well as 3x sub-distribution cabinets for the control cells o 1x DC main distribution (connect) o 1x meter cabinet o 2x E-coil switchgear control cabinet; 4x HPCI cabinets; 3x E-coil control cabinets (HS+MS) o 2x transformer control cabinet o 2x AC / 2x DC sub-distribution cabinets o intermediate terminal boxes per transformer and E-coil o 1x remote control system consisting of two cabinets The scope of the tender includes the planning of the preferred variant (LPH2) of a 110 kV system handed over by the AG to be transferred to an execution planning and installed. Planning scope on the part of contractors (AN): Preparation of ready-to-run planning documents for the construction and operation of the 110 kV substation both analogously in paper and digitally in *.DWG format or suitable formats. This includes, but is not limited to: - cuts and top views of each field and transformers and chokes (HS and MS) and MS switchgear/system (laying plan/cable positioning plan/cable fastening/occupation of the hauff passages). - Overall installation, incl. transformers and MS installation, incl. MS cable layout plan on the UW site - Grounding planning (component of the construction data) - Empty pipe design - Foundation layout plan (component of the construction data) - Lightning protection planning (due to the foundation layout plan and thus also part of the construction data) - Lighting planning - Rope, pipe and terminal plan - Steel construction planning (complete design for production and installation) - Proof of short-circuit resistance / short-circuit current calculation - Structural design Steel construction / indication of the design support forces Lower edge of the foot plate (steel construction) of the primary installation. (Main part of the building data: These are necessary for construction planning and accordingly penalized!).
