… for the quantities of fuel actually collected. 4. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1A to the FTZ. 5. The planned annual consumption of gaseous fuel by month is set out in Annex 1B to the FTZ. 6. The list of the Contracting Authority’s facilities together with the collection points is set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ. 7. The number of fuel consumption points may change by increasing or decreasing the number of consumption points (decommissioning of the point), in the range of +/- 1 consumption point. 8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or decrease the capacity ordered with the change of tariff group, subject to the consent of the DSO, in accordance with the provisions of the Distribution Network Operation and Traffic Instruction (IRIESD). 9. The contracting authority informs that the gaseous fuel will be used for heating purposes in accordance with Art. Point 13 of the Excise Duty Act of 6 December 2008 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 412 as amended). 10. The Ordering Party informs that upon conclusion of the contract it will submit an appropriate declaration on the use of gaseous fuel referred to in Art. 1 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2026, item 43 as amended). The contracting authority also informs that it is an entity forming the higher education and science system referred to in Art. Points 1-7 of the Higher Education and Science Act of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended), in so far as it consumes gaseous fuel for its main activity – Annex 8 to the FTZ. 11. The Contracting Authority informs that, in the light of the Act on special arrangements for the protection of gaseous fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market in force since 26 January 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022, No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 202 as amended), the entire volume of gaseous fuel ordered is subject to tariff protection.
