1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, together with the installation and training of the Contracting Authority’s employees. 2. The subject-matter of this contract includes the following lots: Part 1 – Sternotom (6 pieces) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4a to the FTZ; Part 2 – Oscillating saw (3 pieces) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4b to the FTZ; Part 3 — A set of orthopaedic drives (2 sets) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4c to the SWZ; Part 4 – Ultrasound head (1 piece) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4d to the FTZ; 3. The above-mentioned equipment must comply with the limit conditions set out in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d to the FTZ, respectively. Failure to meet even one of the limit conditions set out in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d to the FTZ, respectively, will result in the rejection of the tender.
