… these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2017, No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1510, as amended). In the case of Subcontractors - the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract appropriate provisions obliging subcontractors to employ persons performing the above-mentioned activities on an employment contract. The number of staff required to perform the subject-matter of the contract shall be determined by the contractor taking into account the deadline for performance and the complexity of the subject-matter of the contract.
