The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements for the contract are set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 8.1-8.2 to the FTZ for parts, respectively. 4. Detailed requirements for receipt, warranty conditions and payment of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the provisions of the contract constituting, respectively, for parts, Annex No 6.1-6.2 to the FTZ. 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide in the tender, in addition to the price, also: for Part 1: - make, model, version and year of production of the personal watercraft; - the make of the model and the year of manufacture of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - a system for maintaining constant engine revolutions; - unlimited warranty for mechanical, electrical and electronic components of a personal watercraft; - a guarantee for the entire bodywork, marking and preference of the personal watercraft; - warranty for all additional equipment of the personal watercraft; - trailer warranty, for part 2: - make, model, version and year of production of the personal watercraft; - the make of the model and the year of manufacture of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - unlimited warranty for mechanical, electrical and electronic components of a personal watercraft; - a guarantee for the entire bodywork, marking and preference of the personal watercraft; - warranty for all additional equipment of the personal watercraft; - warranty for the trailer. 6. The contracting authority requires that the transport equipment supplied for 2 marked scooters with trailers under lot No 1, 2 marked water scooters with trailers under lot No 2 under the contract be brand new, manufactured in 2026, free from technical and legal defects, released for free circulation, to which third parties are not entitled and which is not the subject of any proceedings and security. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate authorised service stations (name and address) for the proposed transport equipment in Poland – the list submitted for tender may be drawn up by the Contractor as a separate document. 8. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract for Lots 1 and 2 by his own transport to the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin, ul. Wernyhory 5, on working days in hours 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
