… fuel bases and stations, liquid gas bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines used for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1707). 4) The Contractor must hold a licence for trading in fuels issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43 as amended). 5) The Ordering Party requires that the nearest service station of the Contractor be located no more than 5 km from the seat of PKS w Kaliszu Sp. z o.o., calculated by the route of access by public road. 6) The Contractor's fuel station must have the possibility of free entry from the public road and exit to the public road with the Ordering Party's vehicles with a length of 15 m. Purchasing fuel: 1) The purchase of fuels will take place: a) at the Contractor's service station, open 24 hours a day, on all days of the week, b) directly to the fuel tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles, c) successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, d) in non-cash settlement on the basis of fleet cards. 2) Implementation of the purchase of fuels and AdBlue preparation using the card must include the option of the driver of the refuelling vehicle to provide the state of its meter (kilometre mileage) at the time of refuelling. 3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to refuel the same vehicle multiple times on a given day. 4) The Contractor shall send in electronic form once a day a summary of the fuel issued, taking into account: the price, the registration number of the vehicle, the name of the driver. Conditions for fleet cards: 1) The cards will be used to purchase diesel, unleaded petrol and AdBlue preparation. 2) The Ordering Party shall not bear any costs related to the issue and handling of cards. 3) Fleet cards must enable the purchase of diesel oil, unleaded petrol and AdBlue preparation with the discount indicated in the Contractor's offer. 4) The Ordering Party reserves that the cards may not be covered by loyalty programs. Estimated volume of the contract: 1) The estimated order quantity is 750 m3 (seven hundred fifty cubic meters) diesel ON standard, 2) The estimated order quantity is 11000 l (eleven thousand liters) AdBlue preparation. 3) The estimated demand for unleaded petrol 95 for a company vehicle during the envisaged period of performance of the subject-matter of the contract is respectively: unleaded petrol 95 – 0.75 m3 (seventy-five hundredths of a cubic metre). 4) The Ordering Party reserves the right to quantitative changes in the assortment, i.e. the given amount of the Ordering Party's demand for fuel and AdBlue preparation may be increased or decreased, however, by a maximum of 20%, without changing any of the terms of the contract, specified in the FTZ and declared by the Contractor in the offer. 5) The quantities given include the Customer's annual demand for diesel oil and AdBlue preparation during the term of the contract, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027.
