What the buyer is looking for

NDW currently has an expiring Framework Agreement for the procurement and delivery of software licenses and hardware and intends to outsource the procurement process of software licenses and hardware for software development through a new Framework Agreement with one (1) intermediary partner. The service provider to be engaged must be able to meet the required needs and short lead times for the provision of suitable Software licenses and hardware. The maximum contract value is € 900,000 for the initial term of three years. For the optional extension period of one (1) year, an increase of the maximum contract value of € 350,000 applies. This contract value has been determined, among other things, due to the growth of NDW and the possibility of expanding required software licenses or hardware. Currently, approximately €135,000 is spent on software licenses and hardware on an annual basis.…

… There is a real possibility that the maximum contract value will not be achieved due to the dependency on the budgets and assignments of the NDW partners.
