The performance of the contract is to be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the FTZ with annexes and possible information for the Contractors. 7. The subject of the contract will be implemented from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 24 months or until the total gross remuneration referred to in § 5 sec. 6 Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Annex 8 to the FTZ), if this occurs before the expiry of the period for which the Agreement was concluded.
