The quantities of the assortment given in the unit price form are indicative and the Ordering Party has the right to order smaller quantities, except that not less than 60% of the value of the contract / task. In such a situation, the Contractors shall not be entitled to any claims. 5. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act awards the contract in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 6. The contract consists of 1 task, the detailed description of which is included in Annex 2 of the FCJ. The contract cannot be divided into parts because all the required products: the washing, disinfecting and neutralising liquid must form a compatible whole. Inability to use different liquids due to the risk of ineffective washing and disinfection process. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 7. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 8.The Ordering Party requires the performance of the subject of the order for a period of 24 months, counted from the date of conclusion of the contract.
