… the status of an authorised machine dealer in Poland and provide a guarantee for a minimum of 24 months for the entire subject of the contract. The machine must have a UDT test allowing it to work with people and meet the conditions for admission to traffic on public roads. Part II – Tractor with trailer The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand new (year of production 2026) agricultural tractor with 4x4 drive along with a two-axle trailer (year of production minimum 2025) and a set of municipal accessories (mower/mulcher, snow plough, sprinkler, sweeper). The tractor must have a diesel engine with a minimum power of 70 hp meeting the Stage V standard, rear PTO, front and rear multi-section hydraulics, a cabin approved for two people with air conditioning and a front loader. The trailer must have a two-axle body with a three-way hydraulic tipper and a minimum load capacity of 6000 kg. The Contractor is obliged to present the CE certificate, ensure delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, train operators, have the status of an authorized machine dealer in Poland, grant a warranty for a minimum of 24 months without a limit of hours and provide a set of technical and registration documentation in Polish.
