… Specification the name of the manufacturer, the model (type of device) and a list of technical parameters of the offered devices in terms of parameters at least equal to the list of parameters required in the SOP - Technical Specification - (table to be filled in - all cells of the table must be filled in). The list must clearly indicate which device the Contractor offers, whether it is a device that exactly meets the requirements of the order or a device with better parameters. 6. The Contractor is obliged to submit an additional description of the subject of the contract confirming the compliance of the parameters of the offered equipment with the offer. 7. The offered equipment must come entirely from serial production, it must be brand new. 8. All electrically powered equipment must comply with Polish standards, i.e. 230V voltage. 9. If any items are classified as dangerous or require special use, full information on the above subject, together with safety markings, must be provided in the tender. 10. The equipment must come from an official distribution channel authorised by the equipment manufacturer. At the time of delivery, the Ordering Party will be able to request confirmation from the Manufacturer's Representative of the equipment that the delivered equipment comes from an official distribution channel authorized by the manufacturer of the equipment. 11. The Contracting Authority shall allow the equipment offered to be tested before the Contractor is selected. In this case, at the invitation sent by e-mail within 5 working days, the Contractor will be obliged to make the equipment offered by him available for testing at the place and time specified in the invitation without additional payment. The equipment must meet the requirements of the SWZ and be fully compatible with the offered equipment. In case of non-delivery of equipment compatible with the offered equipment, the offer will be rejected. 12. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment from item. Annex 3, 1-3, was manufactured by a manufacturer with a quality assurance system (for at least the production phase of the equipment offered) in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent. The Ordering Party will require the submission of copies of documents confirming the fulfilment of the above conditions, confirmed as being in conformity with the original. 13. The Ordering Party requires that for the offered equipment from item. 1-3 The Contractor submitted a statement by the manufacturer (or his representative in Poland) addressed to the Ordering Party about taking over the warranty service in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of the guarantee by the Contractor under the same conditions as the Contractor. 14. For equipment from pos. 1-2 The Ordering Party requires a copy of documents confirmed for compliance with the original - Certificate of conformity with Windows 11 (64bit). 15. Service of equipment from pos. 1-3 must be performed by the device manufacturer or by an authorized manufacturer's service in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001. In order to confirm that the above-mentioned condition is met, the Ordering Party requires the presentation of a document confirming the service authorisation for the service and certificates issued by an accredited body and marked with an accreditation mark confirming the implementation of the above-mentioned document.
