… training operators in the Civil Aviation Authority database, available at https://www.ulc.gov.pl/pl/drony/leading-training/5827-list-operators-training and c) having experience in the implementation of this type of training, including the conduct by each instructor of at least 5 training courses in the STS-01 VLOS and STS-02 BVLOS categories for at least 2 participants each, in the last 3 years, and d) has a current (not older than 6 months) certificate for natural persons with no criminal record from the National Criminal Record, and e) has up-to-date information (issued from the date of publication of the results of the public procurement procedure until the date of signing the contract) that it is not listed in the Register of Offenders on the Sexual Background in accordance with Article 21 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1304 as amended) with restricted access (extracted) – www.rps.ms.gov.pl. 54 teaching hours Theoretical classes: 32 teaching hours (including 10 hours of specialized photo-video module), Practical classes: 22 teaching hours (including 7 hours of specialized photo-video module), Vocational training will be held from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. With the consent of the participants, the training can also take place on Saturdays and Sundays. The training should last from 4 to 5 teaching hours during the day in an hourly interval: 08:00 – 20:00 after the training hours have been agreed. The training is to last a maximum of 12 days. 4Training participants: Group A – 6 participants aged 15-19: Training and Education Centre in Wlodawa – 6 people. Deadline for the courses: the Contractor will complete the entire scope of the subject of the contract within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
