… waste – waste code 20 03 07, in the amount of 500 Mg/year, transferred for recovery and disposal – R12 recovery process, generated by residents of the municipality of Sułkowice, supplied by the entity collecting municipal waste, for a period of 12 months, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2. The transport of waste will take place from the transhipment point, i.e. the storage and transport base, to the place of its management, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended). 3. This information is provided in order to illustrate the situation that already exists and was obtained from reports submitted by entities providing municipal waste management services in the Commune of Sułkowice. The amount of waste generated is not dependent on the Ordering Party, the calculated amount is estimated and may be changed according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste transferred for waste management, depending on actual needs, without the Contractor's right to claim compensation in this respect. 4. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) • 90 50 00 00-2 - services related to waste, • 90 51 31 00-7 - services for the export of waste from households, • 90 51 20 00-9 - services for the transport of waste, • 90 53 30 00-2 - services for the management of waste. Supplementary contracts referred to in Art. 1(7)): The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding, within a period of 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract to the existing service provider, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services with a total value of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract. These contracts include: • Management of collected municipal waste, including transport from owners of residential properties, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, from the area of the municipality of Sułkowice. • The contract will be awarded following a direct award procedure followed by an invitation to negotiate.
