… details of the services are set out in the CCTP. The consultation is broken down into 13 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a separate framework agreement: - Lot 1: Project management – Lot 2: Web development – Lot 3: WinDev development – Lot 4: Mobile development – Lot 5: Application revenue – Lot 6: Data and AI – Lot 7: IT technician – Lot 8: Systems administrator and Devops engineer – Lot 9: Network administrator – Lot 10: Security audit – Lot 11: Security Council – Lot 12: Consulting, IS strategy, urbanisation, IT monitoring – Lot 13: AMOA in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) For Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8: These framework agreements are multi-awarded, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. The maximum number of successful tenderers per lot is set at 3. These framework agreements will be implemented as and when the need arises by the establishment of subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement may supplement its provisions without substantially modifying them. Subsequent contracts resulting from the framework agreements will be awarded under the conditions set out in the CAPC. Awardees of framework agreements who will not be awarded any subsequent contracts will not be able to rely on this fact to claim any compensation. For lots 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13: All these framework agreements with order forms will be executed as and when order forms are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Order Code. Purchase orders shall be awarded to the holders in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the FACC. It is possible to submit tenders for all lots. However, the companies awarded Lot 5 (application revenue) may not be awarded Lots 2 (web development) and 3 (WinDev development) and 4 (mobile development). Finally, companies may not be awarded more than 3 lots. If they are awarded more than 3 lots, they will have indicated in their tender their preference for the lot.
