Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains up to the Contractor's decision) and performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of construction works to the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works.
