… not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract, it will take place on the basis of a written notification addressed to the Contractor. In the event of failure to award an optional contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. The optional order will be executed according to the rules provided for the basic order. The subject of the option may be: In Lot I of the contract: a) insurance of property against all risks b) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks c) insurance of machines against damage against all risks, - in the event of an increase in the sums of insurance/value of property during the period of performance of the contract in relation to the sums of insurance/value of property specified in the basic contract (in Annex 6 to the FTZ) in connection with a change in the value of property, acquisition of new property, modernisation of existing property or new investments The maximum value of the option for this part of the contract is 25% of the premium for the basic contract (the total price for the entire period of performance of the contract specified in the Contractor's tender), originally specified in the public contract. In Part II of the contract: a) motor vehicle liability insurance, b) autocasco insurance, c) driver and passenger accident insurance, d) Assistance insurance - in the case of insurance of vehicles purchased by the Contracting Authority (entities subject to insurance under this procedure) and/or increasing the value of insured vehicles during the duration of the public contract. The maximum value of the option for this lot is 40% of the premium for the basic contract (the total price for the entire period of performance of the contract specified in the Contractor’s tender), originally specified in the public contract. Requirements specified by the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract: The Employer requires that the Employer (Insurer/Insured) is not obliged to cover the losses of the Contractor acting in the form of a mutual society by paying an additional premium, in accordance with Art. 2 of the Insurance and Reinsurance Activity Act of 11 September 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1526). The Contractor must have general (special) insurance conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, for all insurances specified in the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor whose tender will be selected as the highest rated to indicate his/her name and contact details: - persons designated by the Contractor to cooperate with the Ordering Party during the period of performance of the Contract in terms of administrative activities related to day-to-day service (e.g. issuing insurance documents, explaining the payment of premiums, preparing certificates), - persons designated by the Contractor to cooperate with the Ordering Party during the period of
