The provisions relating to the ‘option right’ are set out in Paragraph 1 of the model contract – Annex 6B to the FTZ. III. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the procurement documents, in particular in Annexes Nos 1.1 to 1.13 (Price forms) to the FTZ and in the model contract — Annex Nos 6A (package Nos 3, 7, 8 and 11), 6B (with option — package Nos 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12), 6C — EU co-financed — package No 13). IV. The assortment purchased under the optional order will be identical to the one purchased under the basic order, and the gross unit price of 1 piece of equipment purchased under the basic order and the optional order will be identical. V. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject of the contract be brand new, unused and come from Polish distribution. VI. The contract for package 13 is co-financed 75% by the European Union as part of the ‘Effective in Crisis’ project, implemented under the Internal Security Fund Programme for 2021-2027. VII. 5. For the validity of the offer, the Ordering Party shall provide: • gross unit price and gross value for the assortment listed in selected Annexes No 1.1 - 1.13 to the SWZ (Offer Forms), • name of the manufacturer, type, model of the assortment offered or other indication allowing the Ordering Party to unambiguously identify the assortment offered in selected Annexes No 1.1 - 1.13 to the SWZ (Offer Forms), • gross offer prices - in the OFFER Print (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) - for the selected package, • warranty period for the equipment offered - in the OFFER Print (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) - for the selected package, • other data and parameters - in the OFFER Print and in other annexes to the SWZ.
