… to manage time rationally, self-presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, coping with negative emotions, ways of looking for a job, conducting conversations with potential employers, preparing documents for taking up a job, adequate self-assessment, motivation to work, budget management, etc. Each of the above-mentioned 11 modules will be completed in the amount of 2 teaching hours, and the selected modules will be additionally extended by a total of 8 teaching hours, which together will give 30 teaching hours for one edition of classes. The selection of topics to be expanded will be in accordance with the needs reported by the participants during the training and the needs identified by the trainer. The aim of the service is to prepare participants to acquire appropriate social skills, strengthen their confidence in their own abilities and skills and prepare participants to actively seek and obtain employment, move around the labour market, after serving a prison sentence
