… anion analysis Part 3 - Stationary Laser opacity meter with RFID, ISO version Part 4 - 3 station filtration set (pump, silicone hose, two vacuum flasks) Part 5 - Demineralizer producing water of class I purity The customer requires that the offered laboratory equipment covered by the contract: they are brand new, non-exhibition, free from any defects or damage, without previous use and are not subject to the rights of third parties; have been manufactured not earlier than the date specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract for the individual lots and include the year of manufacture and the type and serial number. The lack of a visible indication of the date of production on the subject of the contract will be treated as an attempt to provide an older device that does not comply with this FTZ; have been marked with the CE mark. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the CE certificate together with the delivery. The Contractor may hold an equivalent document issued by an entity established in another Member State of the European Economic Area. Detailed provisions regarding receipt, warranty, service, training are included in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ and the Draft Terms of the Agreement constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ.
