When supplying liquid oxygen, the Contractor must be able to check the filling status of the tank by means of remote data transmission. 5.Detailed terms and conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are additionally set out in the Contract Terms and Conditions attached as Annex 4 to the FTZ. 6.The period of validity of the delivered products may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party, except for medical carbon dioxide, for which the period of validity is 10 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. 7.The customer expects: a) Medical liquid nitrogen, in order for the product offered to be registered as a medical device. b) Medical liquid oxygen, in order for the product offered to be registered as a medical product.
