Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 30213100-6 (portable computers), 30237200-1 (computer accessories) - respectively for Parts I - VIII. 3. The contract covers the supply of portable computers and accessories in the quantities specified in the tender form – Annex 1 to the FTZ, for Parts I to VIII respectively. 3. The contracting authority has the possibility to exercise the option of increasing the quantity of equipment ordered under the basic contract, on the terms and in the manner described below: 1) The Ordering Party may, within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, submit to the Contractor orders covered by the option right, containing a specification of the quantity and type of equipment indicated in the offer form – Annex 1 to the contract, subject to not exceeding the maximum scope of the option right set out in that Annex, 2) submitting to the Contractor an order covered by the option right by an authorised representative of the Ordering Party, as referred to in § 12 sec. 1 point 2(c), in the manner specified in § 6 sec. 5 of the draft contract – Annex 5 to the FTZ, constitutes the exercise by the Employer of the option right in terms of the quantity and type of equipment indicated in this contract, 3) The Employer may exercise the option right either once or repeatedly, by placing subsequent orders covering selected quantities and types of equipment, until the maximum scope of the option right specified in the tender form – Annex 1 to the contract is exhausted, but no later than within the time limit referred to in point 1, 4) the value of the equipment ordered under the option right will be consistent with the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the tender form – Annex 1 to the contract, 5) the time limit for the implementation of each order covered by the option right may not be longer than specified in § 2 sec. 2, 6) exercising the right of option does not constitute an amendment to the contract. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Employer for the Employer's failure to exercise the right of option in whole or in part. The decision to exercise the option right, including its scope, is a unilateral power of the Purchaser, 7) the provisions of the contract concerning the basic contract shall apply mutatis mutandis to contracts covered by the option right, unless the contract provides otherwise. 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ – description of the subject-matter of the contract for Parts I to VIII respectively. 5. The places of delivery of the equipment for each component are set out in Annex 7 to the FTZ. 6. The details of the guarantee are set out in Section 7 of the draft contract – Annex 5 to the FTZ. 7. In the description of the subject-matter of the contract, constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ, the Contracting Authority described the requirements for management systems relating to the production process of the offered equipment by reference to the standards indicated in Table 1 of the description of the subject-matter of the contract: in Item 6(2) for Parts I, II, IV, V, VI, VII and in Item 4(2) for Parts III, VIII.
