Due to the significant height and size of the parts of the trees to be cared for, the Contractor is obliged to perform the necessary work by mountaineering method or using lifts with a long range / height. 5. The transfer of the road lane will take place within 7 days from the date of signing the contract. 6. The services must be performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Instructions for safe work in the performance of undercutting and tree care in a manner that guarantees proper quality and in accordance with the Act on Nature Protection of 16 April 2004. The Contractor shall be liable for any damage caused by damage to the ground infrastructure (electrical network, telephone network, fences, etc.) in the performance of the works in question. 10. The Contractor is obliged to deal with the waste generated during the performance of the contract in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1987). 11. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, means (including transport), equipment and persons necessary for the performance of the contract. 12. Preparation of the place of work, possible power shutdown, occupation of the road lane is on the side of the Contractor and it is his cost calculated in the unit price. 13. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the services covered by the contract on the basis of a temporary traffic organization project provided by the Contracting Authority. 14. The Contractor shall ensure that the services are marked on his own during their operation. 15. Cleaning of the road lane by the Contractor will be carried out on an ongoing basis. 16. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. An offer can be made for one or both tasks. 17. The contracting authority provides for the requirements referred to in Article 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act in the field of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point XXVI.1.SWZ in the field of contract performance. 18.Deadline for performance of the contract: 45 days from the date of signing the contract. 19.
