The Contractor shall ensure that the buses delivered are of a single make and type, identical in design, technical parameters, completion and equipment. 6. The Contractor declares that the buses delivered will have the current approval, certificates and attestations, in accordance with the applicable regulations. 7. In the event of a change in the legal provisions regarding the registration, approval, sale or entry into service of new buses (as well as the assemblies and components for these buses), the Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract taking into account these changes. 8. Activities related to the registration of buses will be carried out by the Ordering Party at its own expense. However, if, on the basis of the documents provided by the Contractor or for other reasons attributable to the Contractor, the registration or entry into service of the vehicles is refused, the Contractor shall bear all costs related to the adaptation of the buses to Polish standards and requirements in accordance with Polish regulations. 9. The Contractor declares that each bus covered by the contract will be fully operational and will have the completion, equipment and technical parameters identical and consistent with the technical documentation, vehicle type-approval certificate, the Contractor's offer, the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and the protocol from the detailed arrangements of the Parties (i.e. the arrangements required in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract). 10. The Contractor declares that the vehicle charging stations will be fully operational and will have technical parameters in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, as well as the necessary certificates and attestations, in accordance with the applicable regulations. 11. The Contractor shall grant the Ordering Party authorisation to perform, during the warranty and post-warranty period, technical maintenance and repairs (guarantee and non-guaranteed) of the delivered buses in the field of mechanical, electrical and other works necessary to ensure the technical efficiency of the vehicles. Authorisation by the Contracting Authority to perform technical maintenance and repairs of buses (including warranty) does not exclude the possibility for the Contracting Authority, at its own discretion, to commission technical maintenance or repairs to other entities, with the proviso that repairs and technical maintenance of buses, their assemblies, systems or elements remaining during the warranty period may be ordered only to other authorised repairers or authorised repairers of manufacturers of assemblies, subassemblies and equipment.
