… for individual complex groups. 3. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted within a given group. 4. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 5. The contracting authority does not envisage concluding a framework contract or conducting an electronic auction. 6. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of entrusting the performance of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In such a case, the Contractor shall indicate, in Annex 2 to the tender form, the parts of the contract which it intends to subcontract and, if known, the subcontractors' companies. The Contractor shall be liable for the acts or omissions of subcontractors as if they were his own. 7. The specimens must be submitted no later than the day of the invitation to tender, i.e. by 28 September 2026 at the latest. 9.00 to the MPK Clothing Warehouse in Poznań at ul. The measures of evidence in question, which, in addition to the documents listed in Chapter XII, para. 6 SWZ, the Contractor submits with the offer: 8.1. Technical documentation relating to the models submitted, as described in paragraph Chapter 2 III FTZ: - documents of conformity (declarations), - documents issued by the fabric manufacturer, - documents confirming the parameters of the reflective tapes used, - abbreviated material descriptions, - instructions for use, - maintenance instructions, - prospectuses, catalogues, leaflets or other materials with a photograph of the product offered and written information confirming the required properties and parameters regarding assortments for which the provision of designs is not mandatory. 8.1.1 If the instructions for use or maintenance are permanently attached to the design (e.g. in the form of an overprint on the packaging or a label), a summary of such instructions and the manner in which they are to be affixed shall be provided. 8.1.2 The product range of groups V, VI and VII should have instructions for use and/or maintenance in the form of a separate document (or a copy of the document) for a given batch of product (i.e. not in the form of a print on the packaging), in order to verify the conditions of use of the product. 8.1.3 The attached documents should indicate which product range they cover, i.e. the group number and the item number in the group. 8.2. Documents for Group I – II assortment: - a document of conformity (declaration) issued on the basis of the provisions on conformity assessment.
