This supply is co-financed from the funds of the Ministry of Health granted by the Agreement for the implementation of the project entitled: ‘Strengthening the potential of infrastructure for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients in the SOLO III centre for the Łódzkie Region.’ Therefore, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure if the funds necessary for the implementation of the project are not obtained. In accordance with Article 257 and Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procedure if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it.
