… can be found in Chapter 2 of the FTZ, available at the following link: https://gzm.ezagnajacy.pl/pn/GZM/demand/262199/notice/public/details The contracting authority - Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia conducts these proceedings on its own behalf and in the name and on behalf of the Śląskie Province, acting on the basis of an agreement concluded on the basis of Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as the ‘PPL Law’, on the joint preparation and conduct of proceedings. The contracting authorities will conclude two separate contracts.
