‘Receipt of municipal waste from property owners in the Legnica Municipality’

… properties on which residents do not live and on which municipal waste is generated, and on which municipal waste is generated, 3) collection of municipal waste from properties on which residents live in part and from properties on which residents do not live in part, and on which municipal waste is generated, 4) the above collection will take place both from containers and bags owned by the owner of the property and containers and bags provided as part of the service by the Contractor, 5) organization of collection campaigns for large-scale waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and tyres, as well as, at least twice a year, textile waste 6) organization of selective collection of expired medicines along with their collection from confiscators owned by the Ordering Party for the collection of expired medicines located in pharmacies in the city of Legnica - including the provision of cardboard cartridges with bags and maintenance in an appropriate technical state of confiscators, 7) providing single-family containers or bags for municipal waste 8) providing multi-family containers for municipal waste to be built into the building, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of law during the performance of the contract, in particular such as: a) the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, b) the Environmental Protection Law Act, c) the Act on waste, d) the Act on waste electrical and electronic equipment, e) the Act on batteries and accumulators, f) the Water Law Act, g) the Regulation of the Minister for the Environment on health and safety at work in the management of municipal waste, h) the Regulation of the Minister for the Environment on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners, i) the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste, j) the Regulation of the Minister for Climate on the waste catalogue, k) the Resolution on establishing the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Legnica, l) the Resolution on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the management of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste, ł) Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives, m) the Personal Data Protection Act, n) the Road Traffic Act, o) the Electromobility and Alternative Fuels Act, p) other normative acts in force in the area of the Municipality of Legnica containing generally applicable legal provisions. * In the event of a change in legal regulations affecting the performance of the service, the Contractor is obliged to keep track of legal acts and adapt the manner of the service to the changes introduced. *Detailed conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are set out in the OPZ-Annex to the FTZ and in the
