What the buyer is looking for
Performing a service consisting in the performance of activities of administration of premises owned by the Municipality of Olkusz and located in real estate of Housing Communities, including: 1) 648 dwellings and social rental units with a total usable floor area of 26,358.85 m². 2) 4 garages with a total usable area of 233.32 m2. 3) For the entire duration of the contract, the Contractor shall operate at least two tenant service offices with cash desks enabling the receipt of receivables from residents for: rent payments, advance payments for owner-independent fees, charges for non-contractual use of the premises, interest on late payments, housing deposits, municipal waste management fees.
