The total estimated contract value for both municipalities together amounts to € 647,500 excluding VAT over the entire term, including the renewal options, the possible purchase of optional modules and the possible bridging extension. This estimate is based on the current price level. The Agreement contains an annual indexation scheme. No rights can be derived from the estimate. The actual contract value depends on the actual duration of the Agreement, the purchase of optional modules and the application of the indexation scheme. The Client is not obliged to use the renewal options or to purchase optional modules.
