What the buyer is looking for
The Kennemerland Security Region (VRK) currently lacks an up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the paper and digital information management. Paper and digital information objects are scattered and sometimes stored with multiple copies across a variety of sources, including cabinets, network drives, cloud storage, local environments, and email. A significant part of this information consists of unstructured files that have emerged over time and are used and managed by various CRC components. The tender relates to the existing information management of VRK. The assignment includes analysing, assessing, cleaning, structuring, plotting and making existing Information Objects migration-ready in accordance with the Processing Framework established by the CRC. In doing so, the VRK will provide the Contractor with the location of the existing Information Objects. The goal is to provide a…

Tactics
When contracts were awarded in this country and sector, usually only one or two bids came in. A solid bid has a real chance here. (Based on 1,619 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)
This procedure allows 70 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 48 (median of 2,911 procedures). Much more generous than usual — time for a thorough bid rather than a quick one.
The deadline falls on a Monday — your last full working day is the Friday before. Have evidence and guarantees together by Thursday.
Foreign bidders
