What the buyer is looking for
The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. The duration of the framework agreement is one year and can be tacitly renewed three times. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods, is 4 years. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded from 01/01/2027 or from its date of notification, whichever is the later, until 31 December 2027, for its initial period. The time limits for performance or delivery of the services shall be fixed on each order form in accordance with the provisions of the documents in the framework agreement. The maximum annual amount is EUR 300 000 (excl. tax), i.e. EUR 1 200 000 (excl. tax) over the total duration of the framework agreement.
