… from the date of its notification, whichever is the later. At the end of this initial period, the framework agreement may be renewed twice, for a period of three months by renewal, in the event of a delay in the commissioning of the Rhoda'Tri sorting centre. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, including any renewal periods, is thus 18 months. The scope of the contributions changes during the implementation of the framework agreement according to the following periods: From 1 December 2026, or from the date of notification if later, to 31 December 2026: - contribution of the flow "Multimaterials" from the commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. From 1 January 2027 until the end of the framework agreement: - contribution of the ‘Multimaterials’ flow from the municipality of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer; - contribution of the flow "Multimaterials" from the transfer center of Arles, corresponding to the contributions of the municipalities of Arles and Saint-Martin-de-Crau. Benefits shall cease at the end of the initial period or, in the event of renewal, at the end of the last renewal period actually implemented.
