… parking lot of around 100 spaces (with possible extension) incorporating regulatory equipment and associated services (RMPs, electric charging stations, etc.); - the implementation of stormwater management systems (retention basin, knots and landscape ditches). Project management must cover the following areas: o The design phase will cover a single area ensuring overall consistency with the project (AVP / PRO phase and regulatory authorisations / ACT). - The construction phase will scrupulously distinguish between the greenway (bicycle path + linked hydraulic and landscape developments + airlocks along the avenue for crossing buses) and the PEM (any other development).
